Module Print, Email, and Export Features

Maintenance Connection includes access to reporting features within each module. The reporting features allow records to be printed, emailed, or exported as follows:

• Print Individual Statements: Statements providing an overview of individual records are available in some modules.

  In the Work Order module, for example, printed Work Orders and Work Order Statements are available. Similarly, Purchase Order Statements are available from the Purchase Order module.

• Print Module Reports: Reports on multiple records are accessible from within each module. You can select specific records to report upon in the Expanded List and Search pages and then proceed to run the report.

• Email Reports: Any statement or report displayed in a Report Preview window can be emailed to a designated recipient. In addition, an email address book can be maintained.

• Export Reports: Any statement or report displayed in a Report Preview window can also be exported, typically into an HTML format.
